ABOUT MURACA BUILDING ( Our History)

Muraca Building was established in July 1991. The company is located in Clarkston, MI. which is in North Oakland County on the I-75 corridor.

Our first focus was on remodeling and restoration which provides our construction team an opportunity to be exposed to a variety of work challenges. The complexity varied over the years to include a large restoration and expansion project like the Henry Ford Historical Building in Saline Mi., A Car wash in Rochester, MI. and Several Mancino's Restaurants. Also on the remodeling side of or business we did a large number of additions and remodeling projects across Southeast Michigan.

After about 6 years of fine tuning our craft at restoration work we began to shift our focus to building new homes. Since 1996 we have been involved in the construction of over 150 homes in Michigan and continued to use our knowledge of restoration combined with a mix of new technology, which allowed us to build more efficient and better quality homes. "We feel we have set a new standard for the industry with the building of new homes. Our new home will stand the test of time and be worth remodeling in the future."

Our company is also very active in the local community Mr Moraco also serves as one of the planning commissioners for Independence Twp. He has lived in two of the subdivisions he has built which shows his strong belief in the products he builds to be the best.
