Our trade base has been established over the last twelve years with some of the originals trades still working with us. With the volume the company does it enables us to get multiple home discounts from our sub contractors and those savings are passed on to the customer. The volume of building also lets us control the schedules of our subs and therefor allow us to usually keep our build time for an average 3000 sq.ft. home under 6 months. The savings from our subcontractors are usually greater than the construction fees, giving the customer a practically free management job if they would have tried to contract out the job themselves.
